Reconsigned on 11/3, 2 different customer reps confirmed that it will go out for delivery on 11/4, told me at the end of 11/4 that it actually didn't go out for delivery. They then promised that it will got out for delivery on 11/7 morning.
On 11/7 morning when I call to follow up with status, they have told me they can't locate the freight. The shipment has missed c/o for export and caused complaints from customer.
Their service level has gone down dramatically ever since they routed all calls to their corporate office instead of the terminal directly. They're no longer one of the better carrier based on past two month's experience and it's not a comment based on just one shipment, I shipped around 500-100 LTL shipments per month.
