Consistently one to two days late in arrival, does not update expected delivery date. Never a guarantee on a full shipment delivery or full shipment timing.

Never offer any way of increasing shipment speed no matter how many phone calls made or number of times checking in on tracking. Delayed shipments at the first sign of bad weather and very unreliable and inefficient drivers. Do not use unless you have no time constraints on orders. Tracked an order that was supposed to deliver on the 22nd, five business days after the 15th order date.

Three phone calls made to track and encourage process and consistent "delays" kept happening. Took three days to leave the terminal in Nebraska. A 7 hour drive from Omaha NE to Minneapolis MN took 13 hours. 13 hours.

13 hours. When it finally arrived at 9 am they put in a weather delay on a sunny day.

It now won't deliver until Monday the 26th. Had to be done with our installation by the 23rd but had none of the equipment we needed.
