5 piece shower for bathroom remodel from Freedom Showers.

The shower unit sat at the Redmond, OR warehouse for appox.1 month. I tried to contact the shipping manager numerous times and left messages!

She called back one time and set up a delivery for two days later at a certain time and asked if I would have some abled bodies to help with the unloading. At that time, I contacted my son-in law and a friend to help unload the shower.They both showed up at the set time given to me by your scheduler. We waited about 3 1/2 hours, and I told them to go back to their real jobs. So they both left.

I then called the Redmond Oregon warehouse again and no answer.I called the toll free # and they told me that it was never scheduled for delivery. So she then scheduled me for the next day. The next day, the driver called and showed up and my son in-law helped unload the shower. The driver said that there was no crate, just 5 cardboard boxes with the shower panals inside (of the 5 shower panels, 4 of them had damaged shower panels) The next morning, I called freedom showers and asked them if they shipped the showers crated and they said "YES".Our daughter called up an inspector and he showed up next am.

He looked at all the panels and took pics.. He said that the inspection report would be sent to you. I have not seen a copy of the report. My wife and I have both agreed that we paid for a new shower, we should get a new shower.

We paid your co. $300.00 to deliver the shower (on a palletized wooden crate)

Impossible To Call

My order when tracking it said "DELIVERY APPOINTMENT REQUIRED FOR APPOINTMENTS CALL: 1 (80*) ***-****". When I call, it's literally ringing and after 5 minutes of waiting it will hang up on me. This company needs to invest in technology to make an appointment online vs needing to call. Fire your leaders who are afraid of technology.

Damaged apond delivery

the create was broken in several places and after unpacking the equipment the damage was found. the seat was damaged and the paint in several places was damage. the Driver called in and got a claim number 9868****

Where is my order?

Saia - Where is my order?
My order has sat at their location in Indianapolis since Feb 10, 2022 with no contact and when you call to reschedule the appointment since they missed the one they scheduled, the phone says they are having difficulty and cannot take your call now. They sent me an email stating that it is scheduled for delivery even though they have not called to reschedule.... YOU cannot get anyone on the phone. Their website and tracking is horrific!!!! How do they stay in business?

I have called and e-mailed the company about trying to get a critical part, even offering to drive 2 hours one way to pick it up at the dock, only to receive a smart *** e=mail stating I would need a written letter to pick up & you would charge me extra to do that. Ok you are two hours from the finish line how long could that possibly take, that was on a Friday got an e-mail it would be Monday no wait another e-mail Tuesday no wait another e-mail Wednesday. Your company is a joke, you think you are too big to fail. That's your Attitude.

SAIA shipped my new pool heater and damaged it. Driver told me to mark the ticket subject to inspection due slight to damage to box (which driver showed me and admitted it bounced around). When I reported damage and asked for my $175 shipping fee back they denied liability and refused to refund. When I filed further complaints the company owner told me to file a complaint with their grievance process which I had already done. Just a big circle of denial. This company is awful and refuses to refund shipping fee when they damage your product. There should be a negative 5 stars rating...

Shipped an Ebay Item with Saia. Got a online quote and phone quote from them both for around $700. Long story short lied and said it weighed x2 as much as it weighted. Went from $700 to $1800. Held the item for ransom until the bill was paid. Corrupt company , Do not ship with them! You have been warned.

Poor service

Yours is the worst shipping company I have dealt with, managers and supervisors are rude and not helpful. Amy S.

supervisor customer service And Wann Martinez. manager at west palm beach fl. The nicest one I spoke to was a truck driver. Product arrived Saturday night and since they did not tell original shipper that they were going to subcontract it out to another delivery company my product is going to have to wait another 3-5 days when it is less than 10 miles from delivery address.

I have never seen a company that doesnt work any longer hours or weekends when it is the busiest time of the year. I was told rudely by Amy that We dont do that. Obviously you have forgotten that the customer comes first, because if there are no customers there is no business. So I have to sit and wait (guess) when my product is going to arrive during Thanksgiving week when it is just 10 miles away and make arrangements to be there at a moments notice.

This is totally unacceptable for a company with 11,000 employees. Should have hired a guy with a van and would have gotten better service. And all the companys want our feedback sooo much.

Well here it iswhat are YOU going to do with it. Remember who pays the billsthe customer.

Corruption

Used their LTL freight. My crate was 550 pounds, as they always are. 8th or 9th shipment they tried to claim 1100 pounds. They told me to put in a claim, each department sent too said wrong department. I sent to my main person there with document of weight, only to be told they can't help. My crate is only rated to 700 and barely handles the 550 well and they always damage the crate. I ship the same thing over and over again, only one that is claiming is somehow double. Corruption at its best. Now, they are holding my next shipment hostage. Using this company isn't worth while. They barely show 2 stars and I doubt that the real reviewers would be giving that many stars!

Scheduled a delivery appointment on Friday to be delivered on Monday between 1 and 5. I then received a call at 11:30 on Monday saying they don't have a truck to deliver the shipment. Then another appointment was scheduled the next day, same 4 hour window, and no one showed up or called. I left a voicemail with the scheduling department and haven't received a call back. I called customer service the next day and they said the reason they didn't show up was because the truck was full. Options were to drive 45 min to go get it myself or to wait till next day for another 4 hr window. I feel bad for the customer service employees that have to work at this terrible company.

Fraud stealing I know you have a employee working for you out of Missouri he used to live by me I believe they move to Strafford be close to his job with Saia if I were you I would put cameras in the backs of your trailers because I seen Spencer Collins and his wife Samantha Collins stealing drills out of the back of the trailer. My shipment was not complete

I received a shipment that was supposed to have 15 boxes but I signed because it said one skid and the driver had opened it and said that was it when I checked it over it was not complete they told me that you are a very profitable company and I was not going to get any where I am sure the driver stole my items but unfortunately I am out about $1000.00 of products
