Saia called me to schedule delivery between noon and 5. I called when they didn't show.

They said the truck did not go out and would arrive the next day between noon and 5.

When you call Saia they ask you to stay on the line for a survey, both times I called they hung up before the survey could begin. I guess that's how they improve survey results.

I too was very interested in reviewing my customer service experience after I called SAIA LTL Freight when they failed to contact me for a delivery appointment. So I called them to force an appointment.

Seems they called someone else (meaning they can't properly dial the phone) and left a message *somewhere*. Then they offloaded my order to a holding area. It's probably in pieces now.

I really wanted to review the call, so I waited and waited...until the call auto-disconnected. Shame, because that review would have been a doozy.
