Bought expensive patio set, to be delivered by Saia. No show on two occasions, completely unprofessional 'take it or leave it' attitude when challenged. When eventually delivered, two of three boxes squashed needing replacement of two expensive chairs.
Why anybody would use the services of this company is a mystery to me.
To expand on their lies and attitude, the first postponment of which we were warned within the delivery time window on a Friday "we had a number of employees calling in sick, sorry" . The second postponment on the following Monday also within the delivery window: "your goods are not on the truck, sorry, there's nothing I can do. You do not agree? We can return the goods to the seller"
In short, this company does not deserve to survive. In my opinion there is no place in the service industry for such rotten apple and the quicker it goes bankrupt the better for consumers.
