These people are the most unorganized and inconsiderate people on the planet. While they are constantly apologizing for the inconvenience they are causing they don't ever fix their "system" whatever that is.
So they call to schedule a delivery and leave a number. When you call back they have to transfer you to a scheduler. Then you leave a message there and if you are lucky you get a call back in a day-- if you are unlucky you miss that call too, then you are back to square one-- call, get transferred to a scheduler, leave a vm and hope to heaven you are there when they call you back-- one to three days later. When you finally get to speak to a scheduler you find out that you are scheduled for the next day!
And they expect you to cancel your life and stay home from 9am to 7pm! If you don't get your delivery by 11 a.m. you can call back for a more narrowed time. But then you find out that you cancelled your day for nothing-- that you could have kept your 11 am appointment because they aren't coming until after 3 pm anyway!
Even better, they send this huge truck for a single box that a 5 year old could carry.
Unreal. Simply unreal.
